Only mandates with no linked accounts can be deleted — unlink accounts first. The deletion is audited with the mandate's full prior state.

Update the mandate's internal name, household, objective, status, or allocation model. Client-facing visibility remains managed separately below.
Share a mandate with its clients as a grouping card. Clients only ever see the client display name and their own linked accounts — never the internal mandate name, and never another client's accounts.
An account may only belong to one mandate. Pick a household to see its accounts; check any subset to link, or select one already in another mandate to move it (requires confirmation).

Classify every custodian transaction code as Internal or External. This split drives performance returns -- unclassified codes are flagged until you decide, never guessed.
0 of 0 activity codes classified
Internal — activity generated by the investments themselves (income, fees, trades). Stays inside the return calculation: income raises returns, fees lower them.
External — client money moving in or out of the account (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, grants, tax remitted to CRA). Excluded from returns — moving your own money is not investment performance.
A mis-classified code silently skews every return.
Every code seen in the custodian feeds, with live usage. Unclassified codes sort to the top. Notes save with the classification.

Administration
Record splits, return of capital, mergers, spin-offs and symbol changes so quantity, cost basis and returns stay correct across events that are not normal buys or sells.
0 corporate actions recorded
A corporate action re-expresses a position — it is not a trade. A 2:1 split doubles shares and halves the price while total book cost and market value stay unchanged; ROC reduces cost basis; a merger carries basis to the new security. Recording the event correctly is what keeps average cost, unrealized G/L and returns from misreading it as a phantom trade or a price crash.
Nothing applies to the ledger or returns until an event is CONFIRMED. Once confirmed, every action type is applied by the episode/average-cost rebuild: splits, reverse splits and return of capital re-express quantity and basis; symbol changes carry the position's identity, basis and episode to the new security number; stock mergers roll the full book cost into the new listing (an exchange, never a sale); cash mergers close the position with a realized gain/loss (the custodian's own cash rows remain the cash record — nothing is double-counted); spin-offs allocate basis between parent and spinco; stock dividends add units with FMV-based basis where a price is on file. Returns need no adjustment — the value series reads real market value and a re-expression emits no flow. A wrong row is never edited or deleted — supersede it with a corrected row and both stay visible.
Manual-first: hand-enter the event terms per security. Manual entries save as Confirmed unless you park them as Proposed.
Enter the corrected facts below — the original row keeps its facts and stays visible, linked to the correction.
Proposed events sort first and wait for a decision. Superseded rows stay listed with their correction — nothing is ever deleted.

Financial Planning
A collaborative planning workspace: one household/client profile can hold many named financial plans, each plan can be duplicated into what-if scenarios, and results compare CPP timing, income levels, RRSP meltdown strategies, estate value, and held-away assets/liabilities.
Enter information to get started -- steps light up as you go.
A plan attaches to a household or a single client profile — or, for a non-client you're pitching, a Prospect (planning-only, no portal access).
| Attached to | Marital status | Province | Plan status | Actions |

Profile-level held-away items are inherited into every plan. Open a plan to add plan-specific what-if items without changing the base profile.

Used only to select the applicable life-expectancy table. Leave a value unspecified to use the disclosed blended unisex table.

Start a new financial-planning profile for a household, a single client, or a prospect you're pitching.
Create, rename, duplicate, lock, and compare financial plans. Use duplicates for CPP early/late, higher/lower income, RRSP meltdown, and estate-value scenarios without changing the original.

Model converting a locked-in LIRA to a LIF in a chosen year. Ontario requires the person to be 55 or older. At conversion, 50% of the LIRA's value unlocks permanently to an RRSP (drawable freely); the remaining 50% becomes a LIF and follows its own annual minimum and maximum withdrawal schedule from that year forward.

Spending amounts are what the household needs after tax, in today's dollars. The projection funds spending and tax from income first, then withdrawals; tax remains shown separately.

Sustainable-spending figures are what the household can spend after tax in today’s dollars. Gross cash requirements and portfolio withdrawals are first-retirement-year amounts before tax in projected-year dollars, so the two bases are not directly comparable.

Up to 4 scenarios can be compared at once — unselect one to add another.

Each line is one scenario's real projected net worth by age.
Income figures for one or more of these plans are still being prepared. This chart becomes available once every selected plan's results are current.
Best value per row highlighted.
First-year figures are shown in the dollars of that year. Stress-tested figures come from 1,000 market simulations.
First-year retirement spending is the household’s spending target, in after-tax dollars. Total cash needed adds the tax owed that year on top of it; both figures are shown separately below.
Sustainable income figures show the most a plan could pay every year in retirement, after tax, in today's dollars. The straight line figure assumes average markets; the stress tested figure is what survives 1,000 simulated market paths.

Tests whether accelerating registered withdrawals (RRSP/RRIF, LIRA→LIF with 50% unlock, spousal RRSP) at today’s low marginal rates beats leaving balances to be taxed on the survivor’s final return. Ontario, per-spouse, year-by-year — every year’s tax math is shown in full.
Pick a planning profile to prefill ages and live account balances (allocate them to each spouse below — owner matching is manual), or enter everything directly. Defaults follow the ratified methodology’s assumptions.
Prefill supplies recorded ages, defaults, and a reference list of live balances; review every value before running.
Scenarios marked "not plan-verified" have not activated per-spouse funded tax — running one falls back to the manual fields below with a disclosure.
A “do not melt down” verdict correctly produces the no-action arm with $0 withdrawals; the verdict reasons explain which trigger did not pass.
Planning guidance only, not tax advice — professional sign-off is required before acting on any generated recommendation.
Reports
Monthly client statements: generate a DRAFT run for a period, review each client’s PDF (DRAFT watermark on every page), exclude with a reason where needed, then finalize — finalizing regenerates each statement without the watermark and files it into the client’s Documents. FINAL runs are immutable; corrections come from a new run.

AI Query Assistant
Ask a question over sanitized account, holdings, activity, client, and fee data. A model maps your question onto a closed set of read-only, access-scoped tools -- it never runs free-form queries, and every phrased answer is verified against the retrieved rows before it is shown (unverifiable phrasing is replaced with a plain factual summary). Every query is audited, and results drill down further with the refine chip. When the model is disabled or unavailable, the assistant falls back to a deterministic grammar of the question shapes listed below.
Example: "non-registered accounts with XLI"
The deterministic fallback grammar -- always available, even with the model disabled. The model understands broader phrasings of these same shapes; unmatched questions land here as a hint, never an error.
